Art VPN provides VPN access and account-based subscription features. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Account information such as email address, display name, and sign-in provider identifiers.
Subscription and purchase status needed to activate Premium access.
VPN session metadata such as selected server, connection status, timestamps, and assigned internal VPN address.
Support and Telegram bot contact information when you contact us or use the Telegram unlock flow.

How We Use Information

We use this information to create your account, authenticate you, provide VPN access, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and provide support.

VPN Traffic

We do not sell your personal data. Art VPN does not use your browsing activity for advertising profiles. Operational VPN session records are used to run and secure the service.

Payments

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only the purchase identifiers and entitlement status required to activate your subscription.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion inside the app from Settings. Deleting your account removes your account record and related service data from our backend, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
